You've got to convert these models from SPICE to IBIS first.  There's a free
SPICE-to-IBIS translator that was written for this purpose that runs on top
of HSPICE, but it's undocumented, command-line driven, and a bit of a black
art to use.

My company does both S2IBIS conversions, as well as training on the subject:

IBIS Training - http://www.CognitionConsulting.com/seminars.htm
     IBIS 101 - Introduction/overview.
                (? - 1 day, depending on customer needs.)
                Can be incorporated with "High Speed Design" and/or
                HyperLynx training.
     IBIS 501 - Advanced IBIS modeling class; emphasis on IBIS 3.2 features
                and SPICE-to-IBIS conversions. (1 day)
     IBIS 505 - Advanced; emphasis on LVDS. (1 day)
