Q3D, a product sold by Ansoft, is a commercial alternative.  

The algorithms are based on Jacob White's work from MIT, but made
industrial strength.

Your best bet is the public domain FastHenry from MIT. Among other 
places, there is a Windows version at FastFieldSolvers.com
