[SI-LIST] Package parasitics extraction

Hi All,
I need to extract all parasitics of a package with wirebonding dedicated to
RF application.
Today I have the DXF of the package and a GDS of both pinout and bonding.
The only one tool available is HFSS and I use to use Paksi-E ( Apache-DA ).
So I wonder if with all these input data I will be able to extract all
parasitics with HFSS?
I will be interested If anyone has a quick tutorial about how to do.
