[SI-LIST] PIPE specification for PCI Express

Hi: Does anyone know where I can find a copy of the "PIPE" 
specification? I believe it is an Intel defined interface that applies 
to PCI Express and specifies the interface between MAC and PCS, but I'm 
not sure. Appreciate the help, have tried the PCI-SIG and google, but 
can't find a link to this anywhere.
