[SI-LIST] PI Analysis doubts (please help) - Plane pair problem

Content-Type: text/plain;

Dear All,

            I have attached the stack-up with which I have done my PI
analysis for 1=2E0V 1=2E315Amps in cadence PI tool

I have a plane pair as show below

When I take VCC and bottom ground plane alone for the PI analysis with
470uF bulk it is only solving up to 6MHz
But when I include the Top GND and the 1=2E0V plane as another plane pair
and does a multi plane analysis, with one 470uF see the results below=2E

 <<PI Analysis=2Edoc>>=20

I have the following  doubts

1) What I have assumed as plane pair is correct or not
2)      How this is possible=2E=2E=2E=2E?
3) Is it a bug in the tool?
4) Or it is actually correct, then how =2E=2E=2Ecan any one give the
theory behind this if it is true?
5) Is this kind of stack up will work for the high speed board?

        Please clarify my doubts=2E=2E=2E=2E!!

        Thanks in advance

        Regards,
        Lakshminarayanan=2ES
