[SI-LIST] PECL design: trace impedance

Hi,
I am designing circuit with PECL family.
A Y-termination(50E-50E-50E) is used at receivers.
This termination will have differential impedance of 75E.

Should the PCB traces be designed for the same differential impedance?
Are there any other considerations?
