[SI-LIST] PCI-E Length Matching

I understand that the True and Complement of a PCI-E differential pair need to 
be length matched.  But do the PCI-E pairs within the group need to be length 
matched too (ie. PE_TX0 and PE_TX1 in the TX group)?
