[SI-LIST] PCI Express CLB compliance waveform

I have a PCI Express CLB plugged into the PEG slot on my system.
My understanding is that when this board is installed it is supposed to
invoke the system to generate a compliance test waveform.

I am not sure what this waveform is supposed to look like but I don't think
what I am getting is the right one because I am not getting a valid eye
diagram on the scope.

The system has Intel 965 chipset. Is there anything special I have to do to
invoke the system to generate the proper waveform?
