[SI-LIST] Re: PCB thin dielectrics

There are a number of papers on the subject on Istvan Novak's web pages 
(http://www.electrical-integrity.com/) Most of the ones related to thin
dielectrics are from the 2044-2007 time frame but I think most of the
info is still relevant.
