This issue seems to be cyclic in that it reappears every few years. The last
time we visited this issue we tried switching the 'Reply-To' header to 
point to the list rather than to the sender. Quite a bit of confusion
(and discontent) ensued as I remember. Finally we polled the list membership 
on the issue and had about 75% in favor of keeping it set as-is (i.e., the 
'Reply-To' header points to the sender).

Based on past experience, I'm planning on keeping the settings as they
are for the time being unless convinced that some alternate is better.
