Hi Gilles,
The best article that I have seen on this subject is by Henry Ott,
"Partitioning and Layout of a Mixed-Signal PCB". Another informative
slideshow type PDF is from Tim Williams entitled "Advanced Topics in
EMC Design", and is available on his Elmac Services website.
