Hi,

I am trying to simulate a VCO. I am a beginner to this analog circuit
simulation. I searched the papers to get some sample VCO circuits. But no
paper gives the whole circuit with all the dimensions. Can anyone suggest
some way to start with VCO simulation? Where can I find a sample VCO circuit
with dimensions? I can either use AMI0.5 technology or TSMC0.18. I am trying
to do the simulation using cadence composer.
