Hi Brad,

I hope you mean the traces are .004-.0045" wide, not 4-4.5" wide. Here's 
a good site: http://www.pcbstandards.com  They have a couple impedance 
calc programs on the site, and if you go through the forums section 
there is a user called philipr that offers one also. I've even had a 
couple fabricators that have given me an Excel spreadsheet that does it. 
They are plentiful.
