Subject: [SI-LIST] Need a tool to calculate trace inductance.
Hi there-
I could use some help and was referred to this list. I am trying to
calculate the inductance or a trace on an inner layer of a board with 1 Oz
copper. The trace is 9 to 10 inches long and is approximately 4 t o4.5
inches wide. The layer is using 1 Oz copper. Does anyone have the equation
or tool similar to Ultracad to calculate this inductance value?
Thanks in advance
Brad
