[SI-LIST] Mobile DDR DRAM

Hi Folks,

I'm putting together some simulation environments for mobile DDR 
applications (souped up PDAs, cellphones, etc.) .  I'm looking for 
guidance on some the net characteristics in these applications.  

What's the typical spacing of controller to DRAM - 1/4"? 1"? Greater 
than that?

What controller package type is typically used? BW or FC?

I've got some guesses on these, but a real data point or two would 
be helpful.

I've been able to track down some preliminary device datasheets and 
some marketing blah-blah, but beyond that, not much.

Also spice/IBIS models would be quite useful.  haven't found any of 
those yet for mobile apps.
