Where possible they are, but the big portion of the RF is not. Traditionally 
most of the RF circuits are 50 Ohm single-ended. I tried designing some 
differential RF filters in the past and it didn't work too well... Besides, 
the interface at the board edge usually has to be a 50 Ohm connector of some 
sort anyway.
