[SI-LIST] Miniature 50 Ohm delay lines for system integration?

I am looking for a low-cost, mechanical-adjustable delay line for
deskewing 50 Ohm signals in system integration applications. After we
pack 5-10 of our modular instruments into a rack-mount box, we may have
to deskew signals by up to 500 ps. Once the box is closed up, it
wouldn't require any further adjustment (under normal circumstances).
We have programmable digital delay modules (heck, we make them), but
they're overkill for this application, and they take too much $$, space,
and power. In a perfect world I'd be looking for an inline module,
perhaps the size of a AAA battery, with SMA in/out, and a screw-adjust
for ~100s of ps of delay. We'd be passing TTL pulses with Tr of ~ 1 ns,
so we don't need huge bandwidth.
I googled "miniature trombone delay line" and saw lots of references to
this patent:
http://www.freepatentsonline.com/6831602.html
but I don't see any actual products based on it.
I suppose I could have my techs do the scope-cut-crimp-repeat dance, but
it'd be _so_ much easier if they could just look at a signal on a scope
while they turn a screw.
Does such a thing exist? Thanks!
