Hi! all
 
I am looking for accurate method of dielectric constant of PCB according to 
frequency.
 
What is the best solution between 0.1GHz to 40GHz.(or 20GHz)
 
Sometimes there is some defects in some methods such as calculating k factor,
eliminating resonance effect, or inperfect deembedding method.
