[SI-LIST] Re: Managers + Rates

For SI and other skilled engineering roles, we have seen ranges from
$125/hour to $250/hour.  Seems like most average companies/agencies
charge around $150/hour.  If the company is particularly skilled - or
they have very good processes/documentation - then the rate tends to the
higher side.
