Hi Siva, When you enter the IBIS file with a texteditor or an IBIS editor; you can change the first line (at V/T section) as starting from the time=0. Some IBIS models start this curve from 20ps or smth like that. When You change this starting time as 0; you'll lose smth about model, but you'll get a "working" model. After the modification save the file and try to convert it to .dml file with Sigxp.
