Hi gurus,
Can any one please tell me what is the maximum switching frequency of 
MOSFET(NOMS & PMOS)
and Transistors(NPN & PNP) in the market?

Also what is the basic reason behind the switching frequencies of NMOS are 
very high compared to PMOS?
