[SI-LIST] Lossy Line Simulation DDR Signals and HSPICE netlist generation

Hi all,

         I am doing lossy line simulation using IBIS models in Hyperlynx
(Signal integrity tool from mentor graphics). When I generate the HSPICE
compatible netlist for the same net using two different drivers i.e.
PC256DDR.ibs and the other one is 512MDDR.ibs(Device is NT5DS32M16BT).In
both the cases the transmission line parameters are same( Same trace
parameters).But when I observe the Spice file I am getting different ?W?
parameters  and different inductance values. The following are the two lists
of parameters what I am getting.

For 512 MB DDR

Pls let me know why there is a difference in the parameters list even though
the transmission line characteristics are same.
