[SI-LIST] Length matching for ZBT

Hi all,
 
I am new to this group , 
I have routed the ZBT ( Zero Bus turnaround) memory interface  which is running 
at 100Mhz clock, routed at 4 inch for my 10 layer card.
 
How lenght matching can be decided.
Whether I need to length match all the address and data signals.if it so how it 
can be
claculated , also how tolerance can be claculated
 
 
Set up time : 2.5ns
Hold time :     0.5ns
Propagation delay : 180ps/inch (FR4)
