For the layout try ACDI, they are pros, prompt and know how to handle
complex designs as well as simple ones.

Other than that, be papered:
* try to come with a recommended placement.
* know which are the critical nets and/or components.
* you should prep a "constrains file" which is mostly a word document with a
block diagram, and a list of all critical nets and the constrains (for
instance dram[15..0] no longer than 2inch, and plus minus 250 mils within
the group)
