[SI-LIST] Re: LVTTL SSTL interface

Vicky, the signal swing is adequate going from LVTTL2.5 to SSTL_2, but not 
the other way.  Maximum signal rate will also be reduced.  You will not be 
able to go directly from SSTL_2 to LVTTL2.5.
