In that case, I would go with my second suggestion, the PRL-425N +
PRL-550NQ4X. This is a set of off-the-shelf boxes that will allow you to
convert two pairs of LVDS to a set of single-ended signals compatible
with a 50 Ohm system, and will run up to 1.5 GHz:
