[SI-LIST] LAN EMI/SI question

Hello Everyone,
I have a 10Mbits LAN that goes from 1 board, through a flex circuit and then to 
a second board. It has the topology shown below:

The routing on the first board should be < 2 inches and the cable length is < 2 
inches. The routing on the 2nd board will be less than < .5 inches  

I'm concerned about minimizing the radiation from the cable and outside of the 
connector. 

Does anyone have a recommendation for type of filter that is needed on the 
first board (before the flex circuit)? 

Also, is location of the magnetics optimal? Will it be better to locate it 
closer to the PHY or the Connector?  

Also, I have an RF antenna tuned to receive 10MHz about 3" away from the 
connector; that's why the emission is a big concern.

Any input will be appreciated.
