Try this Formula's:
Transistor in Saturation Region:
Vds>Vgs-Vt, where Vds is the drain-source voltage, Vgs is the gate source
voltage and Vt is the threshold voltage.
To compute the KPp and KPn, use:
Id=KPn(W/L)(Vgs-Vt)^2.
