Title: Product Marketing Engineer - Technical Marketing

Location: US-CA-San Jose

Responsibilities: 

As a Product Marketing Engineer in the Technical Marketing group, your
main responsibility will be to generate technical collateral and to
perform technical analysis to highlight I/O interfaces and system-level
connectivity of products. Responsibilities will also include
coordinating efforts with Product Planning and Engineering teams to help
define future I/O and signal integrity solutions of FPGA devices. You
will also interact with Field Application Engineers to determine their
technical collateral requirements for promoting Altera's newest
products.

The successful candidate's qualifications will include the following:

*       BSEE or equivalent 
*        2 years of experience in technical marketing or applications
experience 
*       strong technical background and excellent communication skills 
*       experience in board level knowledge and signal integrity is
required
