Job Description:
=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D
As an Advanced or Senior Characterization Engineer, you will =
characterize complex FPGA products with emphasis on multi-Gb/s, high =
performance IO interfaces.  You will develop characterization =
strategies, plans, and schedules by integrating different requirements =
from various engineering and business departments.  You will execute =
device characterization which involves test logic and vectors =
generation, simulation, hardware (PCB) design, performing bench =
measurements, data analysis, presenting results, and generating reports.

Qualifications: The candidate must have in-depth knowledge in signal =
integrity characterization. Knowledge in mixed-signal circuits such as =
PLL, CDR, and high speed I/O buffers is required.   Project leadership =
and management experience is preferred.  The candidate needs to have =
good written and oral communication skills. Knowledge of high speed I/O =
protocols, such as PCI-Express, XAUI and GigaBit Ethernet, is strongly =
desirable.  Knowledge of CMOS digital circuits is a plus.

Guidelines: MS or PhD in EE or with 2-4 years of experience.
