On a more personal level, I do believe there are lots of talents in the =
Silicon valley or in this country. I don't believe in out sourcing SI =
work and my company will back me up on that. There are not that many =
places where big irons are design and made from scratch anymore. We are =
in a market that is large enough to allow us to pursuit that. However, =
we are small enough an organization for you to get your hands on =
anything from chip design to multi-rack tetra-bit systems if you are =
willing to put an effort to do it. I look forward to learn and grow in =
this forever interesting SI field with you.=20
