Hi Nagaraj

Please check the EMU0,EMU1 pin status. These pins should be in pull-up
when debugging by emulator(pulldown in BST chain testing). The TRST pin
should be in pull-up(BST chain)or pull-down(emulator).If your emulator
header more than 6 inch from DSP you should provide buffer for JTAG
singals.pls verify these condition.

Unable Communicate with DSP through JTAG Interface,

JTAG ( Emulator ) Is Unable to Initialize the Target DSP. I have checked

interface ( JTAG) are Fine, Power up Sequence Also Fine
