Join a dynamic fast growing group, managing and supervising an elite PHY
team working on high speed interface and interconnect.
Job responsibilities include:
1. Perform PHY characterization on SATA/SAS/PCIE/USB interface to
ensure standard compliance
2. Support and guide customer on high speed interface design and
development, provide relevant data to marketing and application team for
pre/post sale support
3. Attending industry standard committee and compliance workshop
and take roles in related activities
4. Supervising and coaching the PHY characterization team for
directions and guidance
Job requirements:
1. MSEE or PHD with 6+ years direct related industry experience
2. Strong background with PHY/Serdes characterization methodology
3. Hands on experience with high speed scopes, BERTs, VNAs etc
4. Previous management experience strongly preferred.
