Not necessarily.  The accuracy will depend on what the
buffer does and whether there are ways to describe that=20
in IBIS.  Also, don't forget about the *-AMS extensions
in IBIS.  You can describe practically anything with
those languages, so it is more up to the model maker
how accurate their equations are, and not the IBIS spec.

I think the higher the frequency is ,the lower accuracy the IBIS models
are.Is my opinion right?
