Signal Integrity Engineer:
Responsibilities:
=95     In this position, you will be responsible for Signal 
Integrity design simulation and validation of Desktop PC platform 
interconnects for I/O and memory bus interfaces (such as PCI 
Express*, DDR3*, and others). You will work closely with 
circuit/package/board design teams together with marketing groups to 
define bus design solutions for Intel=AE chipset/processor/platform 
products.  Deliverables include (but are not limited to):
=95     Bus interconnect timing/voltage margins analysis 
=95     I/O buffer, package, PCB design modeling 
=95     Develop Intel's platform layout guidelines 
=95     Signal integrity validation  and analysis 
=95     Develop, design, and debug  test platforms 
Qualifications:
=95     6 months of SI experience or Recent College Graduate who has 
completed 1 or more Co-Op / Internships, preferably working on SI 
projects.
=95     Master of Science or a Bachelor of Science degree in 
Electrical Engineering
=95     Prefer experience with  signal integrity simulation tools: 
HSPICE*, ADS*, Spectraquest, Ansoft*, SPEED*, etc=85
=95     Experience or formal coursework that includes study of 
advanced transmission line theory, RF, or microwave theory
Additional skills preferred include:
=95     You should demonstrate great problem solving skills, and 
strong commitment to task 
=95     Good communication skills. 
=95     Engineering analysis tools (e.g. Matlab, Mathcad, Excel, 
Perl, C, Visual Basic, etc.)
