[SI-LIST] Instrumentation Amplifier-- Configuration..

Dear All,
As you all know that the below is the circuit for the instrumentation amplifier.

Please can anyone guide me whether the circuit will work if I ground one of the 
differential inputs.

Like apply 1V at one of the inputs and ground the other differential input.

Is this configuration advisable in a instrumentation amplifier or is there any 
trade offs.

Please advise me.
