Hi Mike, 

As far as I know PSPICE does not have this capability.  I know that HSPICE
does using their "s" element.  Here is a site that discusses using S
parameters in PSPICE.  However, I am not a full time user of their latest
software, so this functionality may have been added since my last visit to
their site.

parameters file for an inductor in Orcad PSPICE?  There doesn't seem to
be a built in function.
