I will be glad to help you with this off line in more
detail, but here are a few general answers:

You can associate an S-parameter or RLGC description
of anything (PCB trace, connector, package, etc...)
with a schematic symbol in ICX and simulate.  Fairly
easy task.

I know that there are several folks that are familiar with creating
files needed for accurate characterization of connector/pins in ICX.=20

If all I have is data that reflects the pins in the connector and the
connector itself, what is needed to make a file that is either directly
IBIS-like or can be converted in order to lead as a model in ICX?=20

What are the main parts of the pin that need to be characterized and
why/what can this information add to? the simulation?=20

Either an answer(s) or a link to literature would be greatly
appreciated.
