All:
Hi. I'm using an Ibis model in Hspice and am getting warnings in my output
listing. The warnings are:
**warning** Ramp_rwf is invalid so the ramp data is used
where Card = b_p1
**warning** Ramp_fwf is invalid so the ramp data is used
where Card = b_p1
I specify my model as:
B_P1 v+_ibis1 v-_ibis1 P1 IN nd_en1 rcv_out1
+ file = 'model.ibs' model = 'genio' typ = slow power = on
+ buffer = input_output
+ ramp_fwf = 2 ramp_rwf = 2
My model does have ramp data plus two rising and two falling waveforms
specified. Any idea why I'm getting these warnings? Do the waveforms have to
be in any specific order? I've got them listed as falling, rising, falling,
rising. Hspice 2002.2.
Any help would be appreciated.
Regards,
Matt
