And if you don't find it on their website, call them up and ask.

Some IC vendors have IBIS models but don't make them freely available.  I
understand this if all they want to do is know who is using them, so they
can notify them about changes.  But some vendors want you to sign an NDA
before getting their IBIS model, which confounds me.
