[SI-LIST] IBIS model for switch

Hi all,
   I am using a IBIS model of CMOS bus switch(IDTQS316211) in SI
analysis. I have to simulate with switch ON mode and switch OFF mode.
Whether i have to use same IBIS model for both mode or  any other method
i have to follow?
