Hello Bouchra,
The first URL below will lead you to a FET switch model that is interesting
since I modeled it with input buffer and output buffer model types
instead of terminator type. It works well. The other two URL's will lead you
to additional switch models.
Regards,
Adam Tambone

Subject: [SI-LIST] IBIS model for FET Switch
Hello everybody:
I am looking if anybody has an IBIS model of a FET switch.
If somebody created one, I will appreciate a copy of it.
If you know where I can find one, please let me know.
Your help is always appreciated
Bouchra
