[SI-LIST] IBIS for DDR2 DIMM

Hi All,

I want to do SI for my ASIC interface to DDR2 DIMM Module (micron).I down 
loaded the IBIS for DIMM but I am looking different IBIS not for DIMM.
I have confusion in collecting IBIS models for it. The problem is I am not 
sure do I need to collect IBIS for DIMM module alone or for all components 
of DIMM module.
Any suggestions appreciated.
