Creating an IBIS model from a datasheet is the least preferred method of
making models.  There is usually not enough data in a datasheet to get =
the
rise and fall times, how the rising waveform to power overlaps the =
rising
waveform to ground (similarly for the falling waveforms), the shape and
values of the IV curves, the presence of clamps, especially the power =
clamp,
the value of C_comp, etc.=20

Either make the model from SPICE simulation or from measurements.
