[SI-LIST] IBIS Version 4.0 is released


Greetings:

   The recently approved IBIS version 4.0 specification is now available on
the IBIS website:

This version incorporates 11 new BIRDS, including expanded input threshold
specifications that support DDR-2 specing methodologies, C_comp
distribution, ability to documentation test loads and golden waveforms, and
numerous other enhancements.  Please address all comments to the IBIS
