This model was not constructed correctly and needs to be fixed by the maker.

Subject: [SI-LIST] IBIS Model error

Hi Gurus,

Warm Wishes to all ......

I'm a beginner for SI Analysis and I need some clarification
about the Error of IBIS Model(71V2546-SRAM),which I'm getting when I
Import it into the Zuken's Hotstage tool Constraint Manager-Simulation
Library.

Actully I'm using the model ,which I downloaded from IDT website.

Please look into the error message below and give your precious
suggestions,

ERROR- Model IOPAD2546Z: The [Rising Waveform]
with [R_fixture]=50 Ohms and [V_fixture]=1.5V

an equivalent load applied to the model's I-V tables yields
different voltages ( 2.13V and 2.69V),
a difference of 288.80% and 84.70%, respectively.
