Hi All,
Different corners of IBIS models are made using high/low voltage, high/low
temp. and slow/fast process parameters. (e.g. Vcc: Typ=3.3v, Fast=3.6v,
Slow=3.0v). When simulating only at 3.3V, should I still use Fast and Slow
corners made for Vcc=3.6v and Vcc=3.0v repectively? If yes, how much would
the results differ from Fast and Slow corners if they were made for
Vcc=3.3v?
Thanks,
M. Haaeri
