Some schematic layout packages can do this for you but I don't think any of
them are free or even cheap.

I'm looking for a Graphics User Interface to create Hspice .SP files, based
on schematic entry .  Is there any shareware or cheap software for this
purpose?  I've seen some things, but they are all pretty hopeless.
