If you are Linux based, the gEDA project has a nice schematic entry
tool called gschem, and a SPICE netlister called gnetlist/spice-sdb
which does a good job of creating Berkeley SPICE 3f5 SPICE decks. Of
course, it's free, both as in freedom and as in beer. Read about it
and download it at:
http://www.geda.seul.org/
Apparently, a Windoze port of the newest stuff will come out Any Day
Now.
