[SI-LIST] Hspice diff sim

Can you comment on the hspice simulation accuracy for a differential
circuit (diff drv - TL - diff rec) when the transmission line is modeled
as:
a) two coupled traces 50 single landed and 100 ohm differential
impedance versus,
b) two single traces (no coupling) with 50 ohm impedance
Is it true that b offers better accuracy?
